JAWS President attends Elections workshop

The President of JAWS Mr Uale Papalii Taimalelagi is currently in Suva attending the 'Fiji Media and Elections Workshop.' The workshop is for Senior Journalists from around the region. The workshop is part of the Democracy and Electoral Studies Programme at the Pacific Institute of Advanced Studies in Development and Governance. The workshop is in collaboration with the Fiji Electoral Commission/ Elections office, the Communication & Information Sector of the UNESCO office, Apia and the British High Commission in Suva. The workshop begins on March 20th concludng on the 22nd. The Trainers are Sadhana Sen and Jeanette Bolenga.
